How many images can I send?
Each 2 dimensional piece of artwork is only allowed one single image, 3 dimensional artwork such as sculpture, ceramics, etc. may submit 3 images for EACH single entry.
How do you attach files to an email?
This page has simple instructions for you to follow. While not all email providers are identical, the process is generally the same.
What if I don’t have digital files of my artwork?
We have provided a Tip Sheet with resources for you to convert your current slides into digital files as well as a photographer who can photograph your originals and provide you with digital files.
I don’t have an email account, what should I do?
If you don’t have an email address and cannot ask a friend or family member to help you for the purpose of this show, you can sign up for a free email account. Our Tip Sheet has a selection of free email providers.
I know of another resource/photographer that you could list on your Tip Sheet, how can I let you know?

Payment, entries, and images are due by 11:59 pm.

Notification of acceptance will be emailed by this date.

All work must be received no later than 3:00 pm on August

September 7 (Friday)
Opening reception 5:30-8:00pm Show runs September 3 through September
28. First, Second, and Third place awards announced at the opening.
September 19 (Friday)
Viewer's Choice Award announced.
Sep. 29, 30, Oct. 1
Artwork must be picked up between10:30am 7:00pm. (unsold
shipped works will be sent back by October 10th at the
