Photography has been part of my life for over 35 years. Digital photography is very exciting since it combines photography with over 40 years of my work with computers and software. What you see is the intersection of photography, computers and the love of orchids into an expression of photographic art.
The images represent my attempt at fine artistic photographs of orchids, flowers and nature. Some photographs document the detail, color and shape of the flower. Other photographs look at the flower up close, from behind, above or below. Views from different perspectives enhance our appreciation of the flowers and nature. Macro photographs reveal details we may never otherwise see.
I hope you enjoy these images as much as I have enjoyed photographing them and digitally developing them.
