January:
"Expressions of Art"
There are as many forms of art as there are artists’ personalities. Artists use these many forms to express their moods, thoughts, ideas, emotions and passions into art. These diverse expressions can be found in "street" art, museum art, dance, ballet, music, song or verse. Creative expressions such as writing limericks or prose and singing on the street corner can be as surprising and pleasurable as an orchestra playing. Expressions of art are everywhere, but many times we do not even realize it. Some art gets overlooked or goes unrecognized as art forms and the Fifth Avenue Art Gallery is drawing attention to these various expressions of art in our everyday world. The show starts January  5th and runs through January 31st.
